- StomaDisc™: To make StomaEase™ even more effective, LumaClean designed a special silicone disc to hold the powder in place. It works by forming a retention wall inside the StomaDisc™ as the powder absorbs the fluids and expands into a hydrogel to keep it contained.

While the ENFit® design enhances patient safety, it presents a cleaning challenge. Residual formula can collect in the connector hub, creating an environment where bacteria can grow. That’s why organizations like ASPEN and GEDSA recommend routine hub cleaning as part of enteral care protocols.
Enter the EnClean® Brush cleaning tool, which helps comply with vigorous cleaning protocols. This is essential for maintaining the hygiene of ENFit® connectors. Specifically engineered with a 4 brush-head for robust and quick cleaning of all interior surfaces of the connector, the brush also occludes the feeding lumen during cleaning to prevent debris from entering the feeding tube and, ultimately, the patient’s digestive system.
